The Judicial Architecture: Analyze the relationship between the EU and national courts, studying the preliminary reference procedure, judicial reviews, and enforcement mechanisms against non-compliant Member States. The Substantive Law of the Single Market: Evaluate the critical mechanics of economic integration through the "Four Freedoms": the free movement of goods, persons, services, and capital, alongside foundational European competition law. Social Dimensions & Evolving Challenges: Assess the legal boundaries of EU citizenship, fundamental human rights protections, and environmental and digital policy, alongside structural shifts such as the aftermath of Brexit.
