By accessing or using e-Maktaba, users agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

e-Maktaba is intended for lawful research, educational, reference, and information purposes.

Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws and regulations.

8.Monitoring and Security

The Judiciary reserves the right to monitor system usage, maintain audit logs, investigate suspicious activities, and take appropriate action against misuse.

9.Suspension and Termination

The Judiciary may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these Terms or engages in unauthorized activities.

The information available through e-Maktaba is provided for informational and research purposes and does not constitute legal advice.

11.Limitation of Liability

The Judiciary shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the system, service interruptions, or reliance on information obtained through the system.

12.Amendments
