MPAZE, J At the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Tabora at Tabora (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Tribunal’), the respondent, Jumanne Mpomongo Myenga, instituted Land Application No. 100 of 2022 against the appellant, Said Salum, claiming ownership of a six-acre farmland situated at Mabama Village, Mabama Ward, Uyui District, Tabora Region.
