KALUNDE, J The Board of Trustees of the National Social Security Fund (Henceforth “the Board”), the first plaintiff in this case, is the government agency established under section 55 the National Social Security Fund Act [Cap. 50 R.E. 2023] (Henceforth “the Act”) to manage the affairs of the National Social Security Fund (Henceforth “the Fund”)which is established under the same Act.
