POMO, J Before the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Mbeya at Mbeya (the trial tribunal), vide Land Application No. 90 of 2024, the appellant, LIDIA TIMOTH MWAKYAGI, unsuccessfully sued the respondents over a piece of land which she alleged to have used for agricultural activities from 2010 to 2023.
