The appellant, Maduhu Sindano, is appealing against the decision of the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Maswa at Maswa (the DLHT), in Land Application No. 47 of 2025 delivered on 20.11.2025 in which the DLHT dismissed the appellant’s claim to a 22 acres piece of land (the suit land) located within Musoma village, Sakayi hamlet, Itilima District, Simiyu Region.
