MANYANDA, J The appellants in their joint memorandum of appeal have one concern against a decision of the District Land and Housing Tribunal (DLHT) for Rukwa at Sumbawanga dated 26/05/2025 that it erred in law and fact in evaluating the evidence on ownership of the disputed land which was adduced by the parties hence reached at a wrong decision.
