MANGO, J The Respondent instituted Land Application No.7 of 2025 before the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Kilwa District, contesting ownership of a piece of land estimated to be 8 acres in size located at Hongwe village , Chumo Division within Kilwa District in Lindi Region.
