SINDA, J The Applicants, Nathaniel Mirongo, Said Kiyuni and seventeen others, have invoked the revisionary jurisdiction of this Court under section 92 of the Employment and Labour Relations Act, Cap. 366 R.E. 2023 (the ELRA), seeking revision of the award rendered by the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (the CMA) in Labour Dispute No. CMA/MOR/58/2022.
