SINDA, J Before me is an application for revision in which the applicant seeks the intervention of this Court to examine the legality, regularity, and propriety of the proceedings and award rendered by the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration for Morogoro (CMA), in Labour Dispute No. CMA/MOR/74/2024, delivered on 7 October, 2025 in favour of the respondent.
