MIRINDO, J Before the High Court Commercial Division at Mwanza, the plaintiff Finites Limited has sued Matabe Mining Cooperative Society Limited and Ushirika wa Wachimba Dhahabu Matabe (“UWDM”) respectively for a breach of contract arising from the latter’s failure to sign the transfer form of their mineral rights.
