CHABA, J The Applicants, Ibrahim Ally Mkuruzi and Abdallah Rajabu Mkuruzi, acting in their capacity as administrators of the estate of the late Ally Rajabu Mkuruzi, instituted the present application by way of Chamber Summons supported by an affidavit affirmed by Ibrahim Ally Mkuruzi dated 11th July, 2025.
