HASSAN, J This appeal arises from the ruling of the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Singida at Singida, whereby the Tribunal upheld a preliminary objection founded principally on limitation and thereby disposed of the appellant’s claim concerning the disputed 25 acres of land.
