ITEMBA, J The appellants, above, are dissatisfied with the judgment of the District Court of Missenyi at Missenyi in Probate Appeal No. 24994 of 2025 , whereby the learned District Magistrate dismissed their appeal and upheld the decision of the Primary Court of Kassambya.
