MRISHA, J This Appeal originates from Land Application No. 82 of 2025 before the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Songwe at Mbozi (hereinafter referred to as the "DLHT"), wherein the 1st Respondent was declared the owner of the suit property specifically, a plot measuring 87 by 67 feet, situated at Ndolezi Village within Mbozi District in Songwe Region which is unfavorably to the Appellant.
