MWENDA, J This is a second appeal which originates from the decision of Iramba District Court and Nduguti Primary Court in Civil Cause No. 03 of 2026 In the matter before the trial court, the appellant, who sat as the plaintiff instituted a suit against TATU NYERERE GUNDA seeking compensation for breach of contract.
