Under section the provisions of Section 49 (1) (a), (b) and (e) and 49 (2) of the Probate and Administration of Estates Act [Cap 352 R.E. 2023J (“the Act”) and Rule 29 of the Probate Rules, 1963, as amended(“the Rules”), the Applicant has lodged this application seeking the revocation of the Letters of Administration granted to the Respondent, Rupin Jayantilal Rajani, on 7 th October, 2016 in Probate and Administration Cause No. 11 of 2016 (“the Probate Cause”), for the estate of the late Jayantilal Pragji Rajani.
