MASSAM, J The respondent filed the application No. 29588 of 2025 before the Kahama District Court seeking injunction to be issued against the appellant and restrain him from selling 300 tons of stockpile ore, stored into the plaint of Mr. Charles Mabeyo Kazungu located at Nyandorwa area at Mwenge Ward within Shinyanga rural District together with Mitsubishi Canter with registration Number T 373 DJK being assets to secure loan and it proceed.
