LUVANDA, J The cause of action in this matter arose on 26/04/2024 after the Second Defendant to the main suit above named, sold fifty shares of a suit property held under Certificate of Title No. 46263, Plot No. 62 Kiwalani Pugu Road Page. 1 Industrial Area, to the Third Defendant to the main suit mentioned above, by way of closed bids/private sale, for consideration of TZS 2,900,000,000 as per the tender opening report dated 26/04/2024 exhibit P6 or D14 and certificate of sale dated 4/05/2024 exhibit D15.
