KINYAKA, J Pursuant to section 73 of the Arbitration Act Cap.15 R.E. 2023, this Court, on 4 September 2026 granted leave to the applicant to register for enforcement a final arbitral award issued at Dar es Salaam by Honourable Barnabas Pascal Nyalusi, Sole Arbitrator on 27 February 2026.
