NDESAMBURO, J This judgment concerns an appeal lodged by the Appellant against the decision and decree of the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Muheza at Muheza, DLHT, in Land Application No. 08 of 2023, whereby the DLHT declared the Respondent the lawful owner of a piece of land situated at Mwarimba Village, Misozwe Ward within Muheza District.
