dated 30 April, 2026, the trial court’s record shows that the th Appellant was sued as the administrator, wherein, in its orders, the trial court clearly stated that the administrator of the estate, Enos Kasambala, was not revoked in the administration of the estate of the late Jeremiah Kasambala.
