NDESAMBURO, J This judgment concerns an appeal lodged by the Appellant in his capacity as the administrator of the estate of the late Alfani Kamote Msumari against the decision and order of the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Lushoto at Lushoto, DLHT, in Land Application No. 16 of 2025, whereby the DLHT dismissed the suit for being time-barred.
