KAKOLAKI, J In the District Land and Housing Tribunal for Tarime (the Tribunal), the respondent, Charles Mwera Moseti, instituted Land Application No. 36 of 2024 against the appellant, Johnes Nyang’anyi Mrimi, alleging that the appellant had trespassed onto his land measuring 181 by 252 paces, equivalent to approximately 10 acres, situated at Ikoro Hamlet, Bungurere Village, Muriba Ward, within Tarime District in the Mara Region, a claim which was contested vehemently by the appellant.
