BWEGOGE, J The appellant herein, suing as administrator of the late Candy Ibrahim Malabeja, commenced tortious liability proceedings against the respondents in the Resident Magistrate’s Court of Kinondoni, claiming, among others, special damages amounting to TZS 5,000,000/=, being burial and funeral expenses; and general damages of TZS 80,000,000/=, being compensation for wrongful death of the deceased.
