HASSAN, J In the District Land and Housing Tribunal (DLHT) for Singida at Singida the Respondent herein sued the Appellant for trespassing onto her land estimated to be four (4) acres in size, located at Kihade Street, Unyamikumbi ward within Singida Municipal.
