This appeal originates from the charge of unnatural offence contrary to section 154 (1) (a) of the Penal Code whereby, it was alleged that the appellant on two different occasions, that is on 10 and 11 day of July, 2023 thth had carnal knowledge against the order of nature with a boy of nine (9) years at Mwandege area in Mkuranga District within the Coast Region.
